DIRECTIONS TO TINKER’S BOATHOUSE
FROM FM-996; FLOWING WELLS; PARADISE COVE

Take FM-996 east to the American Bank in Pottsboro
Turn left (north) onto FM-120
Continue north on FM-120 approx. 2.6 miles to FM-406 (traffic light/Chevron)
Continue north on FM-120 approximately 2.3 miles to Highport Road (Mobil station)
Continue north on FM-120 past Tackle Box 1 mile to Nighthawk Drive (Tinker’s Guide Service Sign)
Turn right on Nighthawk and go approximately .7 miles to Lakeshore Drive (dead end)
Turn right on U.S. Corps. Of Engineers Property gravel road. (do not turn left on Lakeshore Drive)
Continue thru the Preston Shores Boat Ramp Association iron gate and veer left at the split in the road.
Continue south to the shoreline, the three connected boathouses straight in front of you are Tinker’s
The long straight walkway connects the shore to the center boathouse.
The boat ramp will be on the right (west) of Tinker’s boathouse.

All local folks know where Preston Shores boat ramp and Tinker’s Boathouse is located.
Don’t forget your Lake Texoma Fishing License. No state license is required to fish Lake Texoma.
The license can be purchased at any Wal-Mart or at the Chevron, Mobil or Tackle Box on FM-120.

DIRECTIONS TO KINGSTON, OKLAHOMA
FROM TINKER’S BOATHOUSE

Leave Boathouse going north, continue thru steel gate to Nighthawk Street (first street to the left)
Turn left on Nighthawk and go approximately .7 miles to FM-120
Turn left and go south on FM-120 approximately 1.2 miles to Highport Road (Mobil station)
Continue south approximately 1.8 miles to FM-406 (signal light/Chevron station)
Turn left on FM-406 and go east approximately 4 miles to FM 84 (blinking light)
Turn right on FM-84 and continue southwest approximately 2 miles to U. S. 75
Turn left on U.S. 75, continue north across the Red River to Calera, Oklahoma
Continue north to signal light at Choctaw Travel Plaza
Continue north to Durant, Oklahoma exit OK-70
Exit to the right and continue right on the exit ramp to OK-70
Turn right on OK-70 and continue west to Kingston, Oklahoma

DIRECTIONS TO WILSON CREEK
FROM TINKER’S HOUSE

Take Ila Drive west to Almond (dead end)
Turn left on Almond and continue south seven blocks to dead end at Lee Blvd.
Turn right on Lee Blvd. and continue west to FM-120.
Turn left on FM-120 and continue south approximately 1 mile to blinking light at FM-406/Chevron
Continue south 2.6 miles to stop sign in Pottsboro
Turn left on FM-120 and continue east approximately 1.6 miles to FM-1417
Turn right on FM-1417 and go south approximately .6 miles to FM-996 (do not turn)
Continue south on FM-1417 approximately 2.8 to FM-691 (traffic light/do not turn)
Continue south on FM-1417 approximately 2.9 miles to US-82
Take a right on US-82 and go approximately 15.4 miles to Whitesboro, Texas
Exit right on Highway 377 and continue north approximately 8 miles to the Willis Bridge
Cross Lake Texoma and continue north to blinking light at Highway 32
Turn left on Highway 32 and continue west approximately 5 miles to stop sign
Turn left and continue south approximately 2 miles to Lebanon, OK
Continue thru Lebanon and go approximately one mile west to Wilson Creek
Turn left on gravel road just before the guard rail and go 100 yards to Justin Parker’s truck.
You should arrive there at 6:00 AM

FROM TINKER’S HOUSE

Take Ila Drive west to Almond (dead end)
Turn right on Almond and continue north two blocks
Curve to the left and continue west on Mulberry four blocks to Sycamore (dead end)
Turn right on Sycamore and go approximately 40 yards to Ranger Road (dead end)
Turn left and go 1 block to FM-120 north (dead end)
Turn right and go north on FM-120 approximately .3 miles to Highport Road.
Turn left on Highport Road and go west approximately 1.3 miles.
Turn left at sign to boat ramp. Turn right into boat ramp parking lot.

DIRECTIONS TO PRESTON CENTER (Mobil Station)
FROM FRISCO, TEXAS

Take State Highway 289 north to State Highway 56 (dead end)
Turn right on State Highway 56 and continue east approximately 5 miles  to FM-1417.
Exit to the right then turn left on FM-1417. (Do not go under the 1417 underpass)
Continue north on FM-1417 approximately 9 miles to FM-120 (dead end)
Take a left on FM-120 and go west approximately 1.6 miles to American Bank (do not go straight)
Curve to the right and continue north on FM-120 approx. 2.6 miles to FM-406 (traffic light/Chevron)
Continue north on FM-120 approximately 2.3 miles to Highport Road (Mobil station on the left)
Someone will meet you at the Mobil to get your Lake Texoma license and direct you to the boathouse.
